About hi999

Born in Bangladesh, Built for Bangladesh

hi999 was founded with a single, clear purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a world-class online gaming experience that genuinely understands their needs. From the very first line of code to the latest game added to our lobby, every decision at hi999 has been guided by one question — what do our players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and every corner of Bangladesh actually want? The answer shaped everything: fast local payments, cricket at the centre of sports betting, a live casino that runs smoothly on 4G, and a customer support team that is available around the clock.

Since launching, hi999 has grown into one of Bangladesh's most recognised online casino and sports betting platforms. We are not simply a gaming site — we are a community built around the passion Bangladeshis have for cricket, sports, and the thrill of live casino games. Our platform supports BPL season betting, T20 World Cup markets, IPL wagering, and a full suite of live dealer tables powered by the industry's leading providers, all within one seamlessly designed mobile experience.

More Than Just Gaming

Our mission at hi999 is to provide every Bangladeshi player — from the seasoned cricket bettor following Bangladesh Tigers to the casual slots enthusiast looking for an evening thrill — with a safe, fair, and genuinely entertaining platform they can trust completely. We believe responsible, enjoyable gaming should be accessible to everyone of legal age (21+), not just high-rollers or VIP members. That philosophy is built into the design of every feature we ship.

hi999 is committed to SSL-encrypted transactions, provably fair game outcomes, and transparent bonus terms with no hidden rollover traps. We partner only with certified game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — so every spin, every hand, and every live table result is audited and verifiable. Players in Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar can all play with complete confidence that hi999 is operating with full integrity.

The Principles That Guide Us

• Integrity first: every game result is independently certified and tamper-proof, giving players confidence in every outcome.
• Player wellbeing: responsible gaming tools including deposit limits and self-exclusion are available to all registered users.
• Transparency: clear bonus terms with stated wagering requirements — no surprise conditions buried in small print.
• Local focus: payments, languages, sports, and seasonal promotions are all designed for the Bangladeshi experience.
• Continuous improvement: player feedback shapes our roadmap — new games, better features, and faster payouts driven by community input.

Made for Every Bangladeshi Player

hi999 serves adults aged 21 and above across Bangladesh — from first-time players curious about online slots to experienced sports bettors who need deep cricket markets and fast odds updates. Whether you are in a major city like Dhaka or Chittagong or connecting from a smaller town in Sylhet or Rangpur, the hi999 platform delivers a consistent, high-performance experience on any modern smartphone. We have built our interface around the realities of mobile internet in Bangladesh: lean page loads, offline-tolerant design, and clear Taka-denominated balances so you always know exactly where you stand.

Special promotions are timed around moments that matter most to Bangladeshi players — BPL season kicks, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh festivities, and ICC tournament schedules. hi999 is proud to celebrate these occasions with tailored bonus offers and special tournament betting markets that bring our community together around shared cultural moments.

Deposits and Withdrawals Built for Bangladesh

hi999 supports all major local and international payment methods favoured by Bangladeshi players. Deposits are instant and withdrawals are processed the same day. Minimum deposit thresholds are kept low so every player can get started without a large commitment. All transactions are processed securely through SSL-encrypted channels, and your balance is always displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) for easy reference.

A Platform You Can Count On

At hi999, we take our responsibilities seriously. We are committed to operating a fair, transparent, and player-first platform that Bangladeshi adults can enjoy with peace of mind. That means zero tolerance for fraudulent play, strict age verification to ensure only players aged 21 and above can register, and a dedicated customer support team reachable every hour of every day. Our support staff understand the local context — they know BDT, they know bKash, and they know cricket — so you will never feel like you are speaking to a generic global operator.

We are also deeply committed to responsible gaming. hi999 provides tools that allow players to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, take a cooling-off period, or self-exclude entirely if they feel gaming is no longer a source of entertainment. We encourage all players to game responsibly, stay within their personal budgets, and seek help if they ever feel concerned about their gaming habits. Our full responsible gaming policy is available on the Responsible Gaming page.
